From Scotch Corner, take the A66 West 7 miles, turn left signposted Dalton. In Dalton go up
through the village between the Travellers Rest pub and the church, 1 mile out of the village
cattle grid on left with sign.
From Richmond, take the Ravensworth road, 4 miles, then left to Kirby Hill, Gayles and
Dalton. Go up through the village between the Travellers Rest pub and the Church, 1 mile out of
the village cattle grid on left with sign.
From the West, take a right turn to Newsham 10 miles short of Scotch Corner, follow the sign
to Dalton. At the village go uphill between the
Travellers Rest pub and the church, 1 mile out of village cattle grid on left with sign.
